These criminal misc. bail applications have been filed by the petitioners under Section 483 of BNSS, 2023 in respect of FIR No.248/2025 registered at Police Station C.P.S. Jaipur, District A.C.B. District for the offences punishable under Sections 7 and 7A [2025:RJ-JP:46344] (2 of 3) [CRLMB-13032/2025] of Prevention of Corruption Act and Section 61(2) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioner in bail application No.13032 was reader in the office of SDM, Deeg and petitioner in bail application No.13099 was holding the post of Sub Divisional Officer. They have falsely been implicated in the instant matters, whereas there is no clear cut evidence of demand and recovery. Investigation has been completed and charge-sheet has been filed against the petitioners, hence, they are no longer required for custodial interrogation. They are behind the bar since 19.09.2025. Hence, a prayer has been made to enlarge on bail. 3. Learned Public Prosecutor has opposed these bail applications and submitted that for the purpose of analyzing truthness of demand, even voice sample has been taken which proves the story of the prosecution. 4. Considered the submissions made at Bar. 5. In the light of above, where charge-sheet has been filed and investigation has been completed and trial against the petitioners would take considerably long time, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits and demerits of the case, deems it just and proper to enlarge the petitioners on bail. 6. Accordingly, these Bail Applications are hereby allowed.
