Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that present petition is the second petition filed by the petitioner due to change of circumstances. He submits that these multiple enquiries would prove the false implication of the petitioner.
4. After hearing learned counsel for the petitioner, it is apparent that the enquiries which are relied upon by counsel for the petitioner, were prior to the order passed by this Court, when he was allowed to withdraw his petition for the grant of anticipatory bail. Arguing the same would not amount to change in the circumstance. Thus, this Court does not find any ground to entertain the present petition and thus, the same is hereby dismissed.
