Heard learned Counsel for the parties and perused the record. 2. The present petition has been filed for the following relief : "1. a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the order dated 10.03.2025 passed by respondent no. 2 in case no. 386 of 2025 being computerized case no. C-202513000000386 (Rukhsana Begum Vs. Saud Ali Khan and others) under section 212(2) of U.P. Revenue Code of 2006 and transfer the case no. T-202513380301991 (Saud Ali Khan Vs. Jamshed Ali Khan and others) under section 229B of U.P.Z.A and L.R. Act from the court of respondent no. 3 to another tehsil of concern District- Amroha." 3. Learned Standing Counsel has raised a preliminary objection that against the order impugned, the petitioner has an alternative remedy of filing a revision under Section 210 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006. 4. Since, the petitioner has an alternative remedy, I am not inclined to interfere in the matter. 5.
