1. Heard Mr. Shikhar Bakhtiyar, learned counsel for the petitioner. Also heard Mr. S.S. Baghel, learned Deputy Government Advocate, appearing for the State.

“10.1 That the Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the Station House Officer, Police Station Masturi not to pursue any further investigation, tracing, or inquiry in Crime No. 330 of 2023 registered under Section 363 of the IPC, for the petitioner as a “missing person”, nor to forcibly seek her return to Chhattisgarh, in view of her being safe, major, and of her own free will staying elsewhere. 10.2 That this Hon’ble High Court may kindly be pleased to issue an appropriate writ, order, or direction to the Police Station Masturi, District Bilaspur, Chhattisgarh to not to take any coercive actions against the family of Vikash Tondon. 10.3 That any other relief which this Hon’ble Court deems fit and proper may also be granted in favour of the petitioner safeguarding their interest.”
3. After some arguments were advanced, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present petition with liberty to approach the appropriate forum for redressal of his grievance.
4. Learned State counsel has no objection.
