The petitioner through instant petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India is seeking direction to respondent to decide his representation dated 05.11.2024 (Annexure P-9) and legal notice dated 07.01.2025 (Annexure P- 10). 2. The petitioner claims that he was appointed under DESM Category on 05.11.2014. He had secured 37.15 marks. There was another selected candidate who had secured 31.08 marks. The petitioner has been shown junior to said candidate in the seniority list. He has filed representation dated 05.11.2024 which was followed by legal notice dated 07.01.2025. 3. Mr. Raman Sharma, Addl. A.G., Haryana, who on advance notice is present in Court, submits that competent authority would decide representation of the petitioner within 3 months from today. 4.
