PUBLIC PROSECUTOR Dr.YLR,J Crl.P.No.13347 of 2025 The Court made the following ORDER: Challenging the charge sheet filed in the court of learned Judicial Magistrate of the First Class, Kuppam vide C.C.No.295 of 2022, this criminal petition is filed seeking for quashment of the charge sheet. 2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Public Prosecutor appearing for respondent - State. 3. Petitioner is mother-in-law of the 2nd respondent and mother of A1. On perusal of the charge sheet, the accusation against the petitioner is well founded. Therefore, there are no grounds to quash the charge sheet. 4. However, considering the age of the petitioner who is mother-in-law of the 2nd respondent, the presence of petitioner is dispensed with before the learned trial Court except on crucial days of hearing, namely, examination of the petitioner at the time of framing of charges, examination of the petitioner after prosecution evidence is over and at the time of pronouncement of the judgment. 5.
