This Court vide order dated 05.05.2025 has issued SPC to the appellants for their appearance before this Court on 01.07.2025. 2. It is reported that the SPC issued to the appellants in SA No. 555 of 2015 has been served upon to daughter-in-law of the appellant No. 1, appellant No. 2 and 3. Also SPC issued to the appellants in SA No. 73/2016 has been served upon to nephew of the appellants, but they have chosen not to appear before this Court, 4 therefore, the matter was adjourned to 07.07.2025. On that day the case remained in not reach cases list, therefore, the case has taken up for hearing today but none appeared nor any representation is made on behalf of the appellants despite repeated calls. 3. In view of the above, this Court is left no other option but to dismiss the present second appeals for want of prosecution. 4.
