[2025:RJ-JP:50703] (2 of 3) [CRLMB-16561/2025] Learned counsel also submits that after rejection of the first bail application filed by the accused-applicant, charges have been framed and trial has commenced. Learned counsel contends that the other co-accused namely Aaryan S/o Deepak Kumar and Anil S/o Suresh have already been granted benefit of bail by the Coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 06.10.2025 passed in S.B. Criminal Miscellaneous Bail Application Nos.8673/2025 and 10158/2025 and also other co-accused persons namely Sujal S/o Late Hansraj, Rishi S/o Amit Kumar, Sachin Kumar S/o Prahlad Singh, Hannu S/o Suresh Kumar and Kumari Neelam @ Kanchan D/o Ashok have already been enlarged on bail by this Court vide orders dated 28.07.2025, 26.05.2025, 29.04.2025 passed in S.B. Learned counsel for the accused-applicant argues that accused-applicant was arrested on 27.11.2024 and since then, he is behind the bars and trial is likely to take long time to conclude, therefore, the accused-applicant be granted benefit of bail. 5. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State vehemently oppose this third bail application. 6. Heard learned counsel for the parties and also perused the material available on record. 7. Considering the overall facts and circumstances of the case, looking to the period of custody of the accused-applicant; other co-accused persons have already been enlarged on bail and the trial is likely to take long time to conclude, but without expressing [2025:RJ-JP:50703] (3 of 3) [CRLMB-16561/2025] any opinion on the merits/demerits of the case, this Court deems it proper to allow this third bail application filed by the accused- applicant. 8. Consequently, this third bail application filed under Section 483 of the B.N.S.S., 2023 is allowed. It is ordered that accused-applicant Pratap S/o Subesingh, arrested in connection with FIR No.991/2024, registered at Police Station Kotwali Alwar, District Alwar shall be released on bail; provided he furnishes personal bond in the sum of Rs.1,00,000/- and two solvent attested sureties of Rs.50,000/- each to the satisfaction of the trial Court.
