That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to set-aside the letter of consent No. 12709/Vishphotak/Abhiyojan/2018 dated 09.07.2018 issued by the District Magistrate while granting consent under Section 7 of Explosive Substance Act, 1908 and also quash the FIR No. 306 of 2018 registered as P.S. Sarangarh along with charge-sheet and consequential proceedings (Annexure P/1 (Colly.)) in respect of petitioner. 2. Any other relief/order may also be granted that may be deemed fit and just in the facts and circumstances of the case.” 3. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission from this Court to withdraw the present petition, as evidence has been recorded and the trial is in progress. 4. Learned State counsel has no objection. 5. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
