The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Garhwa P.S. Case No. 251/2023 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 635 of 2023, for the offences registered under Sections 25(1-B)a and 26 of the Arms Act, pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Garhwa. 3. On 05.06.2023, at about 04:45 p.m., Garhwa Town police apprehended co-accused Ishtak Ansari from a place near Aam Bagan, Railway Station, Garhwa. On search, a loaded country-made pistol, one live cartridge and two mobile phones were recovered from his possession. 4. Mr. Abhay Kr Chaturvedy, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner was neither apprehended at the spot, nor anything incriminating was recovered from his possession. It was further submitted that the name of the petitioner has come in confession of co-accused Ishtak Ansari. 5. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Garhwa in connection with Garhwa P.S.
