Jaggi Reddy, learned Counsel for the Writ Petitioners, Sri Panku Rajesh Kumar, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Panchayat Raj and Rural Development, Sri T. The Order dated 13.01.2019 bearing Office No.111936/2010/A9 passed by the District Collector (Ex.P.1) is under challenge in the present Writ Petition. 3. The Writ Petitioners are opposing construction of Sai Baba Temple in Pasalapudi Village, Rayavaram Mandal, East Godavari District. When this Writ Petition was filed, and on the date it came up for hearing, it was informed by the learned Counsel for the Writ Petitioner that the Writ Petitioner has also 3 filed O.S.No.09 of 2019 on the file of the Civil Judge (Junior Division), Anaparthi, and that in I.A.No.22 of 2019, the trial Court had granted interim injunction restraining the unofficial Respondent No.5 herein from proceeding further. 4. It is now submitted at the Bar that O.S.No.09 of 2019 was dismissed for default/non-prosecution, and therefore, the interim injunction granted in I.A.No.22 of 2019 also got dismissed automatically. It is further submitted that during the pendency of the present Writ Petition, the Impugned Order has been implemented, inasmuch as the temple construction is complete. 5. In this view of the matter, this Court is of the opinion that nothing survives in the present Writ Petition. 6. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of as having become infructuous.
