Petitioner, an Assistant Teacher, is trying to misuse the provision of Child Care Leave as it is pointed out by learned counsel for respondents that from 20.01.2025 till 29.03.2025, petitioner has remained absent on various dates which has hampered not only education of students but she has failed to discharge her financial responsibilities towards school also. 3. A reference made by learned counsel for petitioner about relevant Rules would not be helpful to her since petitioner has not disclosed in this writ petition about earlier leaves.
