The petitioner has filed this writ petition on the following relief:- “10.1. That, this Hon’ble Court kindly be pleased to direct the respondents to discharge their duty by taking action against the respondent Pradeep Roy ALOK SHARMA Digitally signed by ALOK SHARMA Date: 2025.09.11 19:11:22 +0530 2 immediately and remove the illegal construction from the Land bearing Khasra No. 1026/207, measuring 660 sq. feet aabadi land of village Nawagarh, Tehsil- Nawagarh, District- Bemetara of petitioner, in the interest of justice. 10.2 That, any other relief/order which may deem fit and just in the facts and circumstances of the case including award of the costs of the petition may be given.” 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for a direction to Respondent No. 2, 3 & 4 to decide the representation made by the petitioner on 25.08.2025 (Annexure P/4) expeditiously within a time frame. 3. Learned counsel for the State raised no objection in this regard. 4. Heard learned counsel for the respective parties and perused the record with utmost circumspection. 5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, submissions of the counsels for the respective parties, respondent no. 2, 3 & 4 are directed to decide the representation made by the petitioner on 25.08.2025 (Annexure P/4), in accordance with law, rules and regulations, expeditiously as soon as possible after giving sufficient opportunity of hearing to private Respondent No. 8. 6. With the aforesaid observation/direction, the petition stands disposed of. 7. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion with regard to the merits of the case.
