This appeal arises out of impugned judgement and order dated 31.08.2022 passed by Sri Shirin Zaidi, learned Additional Sessions Judge, Court No.8, Etawah in Sessions Trial No.212 of 2011 (State of U.P. Vs. Pappu @ Shivpal and others) and Sessions Trial No.213 of 2011 (State of U.P. Vs. Pappu @ Shivpal), arising out of Case Crime Nos.329 of 2010 & 235 of 2011, under Section 302 I.P.C. and Section 25 Arms Act, Police Station-Bakewar, District- Etawah and the maximum sentence awarded to him is imprisonment of life for the offence under Section 302 I.P.C. 2. By earlier order, report of the C.J.M., Etawah was called as to ascertain the living status of the appellant-Pappu @ Shivpal S/o Jagdish Singh. 3. Report of the C.J.M., Etawah dated 01.02.2025 is on record. It clearly indicates that the appellant died in jail on 22.06.2024. 4.
