This petition has been filed with the following prayer: “It is most respectfully humbly prayed that this writ petition may kindly be accept and pass direction to decide contempt application no.39/2014 titled as Bholu Ram Saini versus Saleem Khan executive officer Nagar Palika Khandela and other as early as possible or alternative give the direction to the respondent to issue Patta in favour of the petitioner.” 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that in the Appeal No.1156/2012 filed by the respondent before the State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Jaipur (hereinafter referred to as learned 'State Consumer Forum') against the order dated 31.05.2015, the learned State Consumer Forum vide order dated 17.12.2013 upheld the aforesaid order passed by the learned District Consumer Forum. Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the respondent failed to comply with the order dated 31.05.2015 which was also upheld by the learned State Consumer Forum, therefore, the petitioner filed a contempt application No. 39/2014 before the learned District Consumer Forum under Section 27 of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986 for compliance of the aforesaid order dated 31.05.2015, which is still pending and has not been decided yet. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner prays that the petition be disposed of at this stage while directing the learned District Consumer Forum to decide the application filed by the petitioner under Section 27 of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986 expeditiously. In that view of the matter, the petition is disposed of with the direction to District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Sikar to decide the application filed by the petitioner under Section 27 of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986 as early as possible preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. 6.
