Raja Singh, Additional Government Pleader ORDER This Contempt Petition has been filed seeking to punish respondents for willful disobedience of the order passed by this Court in W.P.No. 3295 of 2021 dated 10.01.2024. 2. It is submitted by the learned Special Panel Counsel appearing on behalf of respondents 1 and 2 that the orders have been complied with. Further, learned Special Panel Counsel would submit that orders have been passed fixing the seniority in compliance with the direction of this Court in WP No.3295 of 2021 dated 10.01.2024, whereas the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that there are certain infirmities in fixing the seniority. When it was pointed out that this is not the subject matter of enquiry in contempt. 3.
