Neutral Citation No. - 2025:AHC:68912 Court No. - 6 Case :- WRIT - A No. - 46890 of 2010 Petitioner :- Nirmala Devi Respondent :- State of U.P. and Others Counsel for Petitioner :- Akhilesh Kumar,Babu Lal Ram,Chandra Sen Pal,D.K.Singh,Deepak Kumar Jaiswal,Harish Chandra Singh,Manoj Kumar Srivastava,Md. Muzzammil.I.Qureshi,Namit Srivastava,Pramod Kumar Srivastava,Prem Singh,Raj Karan Yadav,Sanjay Maurya,Seemant Singh,Sunil Kumar Maurya Counsel for Respondent :- C. S. C. Hon'ble Saurabh Shyam Shamshery,J. 1. This writ petition is pending since 2010 i.e. for last 15 years. Name of number of advocates is mentioned for petitioner in the cause list, however, today none of them is present before this Court today. 2. This writ petition was filed to quash the order dated 13.05.2010 passed on basis of an order passed by this Court in earlier round of litigation and since her ललाभलाभांश was 283.80 and ललाभलाभांश of last selected candidate in same category was 285.04, therefore, being lower in merit, claim of her selection for BTC Training, 2004 was rejected. 3. Learned Standing Counsel submits that aforesaid fact was not denied in writ petition. 4. In aforesaid circumstances, there is no reason for this Court to quash impugned order or to allow the petitioner to participate for said training. 5. Court also takes note that even petitioner’s case has some merit, then also, no relief could be granted at such belated stage. 6. Accordingly, writ petition lacks merit, hence, dismissed. 7. A copy of this order be supplied to petitioner on her given address. 8. Registrar (Compliance) to take steps. Order Date :- 1.5.2025 Sinha_N.
