The petitioner is aggrieved of the endorsement made in column No.11(2) of the RTC where it is stated that in terms of the directions of the Assistant Commissioner in Order bearing No.ALN/CR/14/2021-22 dated 06.07.2021, the petitioner has formed an unauthorised layout and therefore, the sale transactions are restricted. 3. Learned High Court Government Pleader submits that the petitioner is raising a challenge to a - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:34451 WP No. 32354 of 2024 communication made by the Assistant Commissioner to the Tahsildar at Annexure-D dated 06.07.2021, but the petitioner has not raised a challenge to such an order passed by the Assistant Commissioner. 4. Upholding the submissions of the learned High Court Government Pleader, the writ petition stands disposed of, reserving liberty to the petitioner to raise a challenge to the order passed by the Assistant Commissioner in a manner known to law.
