The present application u/s 528 BNS has been filed to quash the entire proceedings of Case No. 1823 of 2023, arising out of Case Crime No. 266 of 2023, under Sections 147, 148, 149, 427, 452, 354Kha and 395 of IPC, P.S. Saidnagli, District Amroha, as well as cognizance/summoning order dated 20.07.2024, pending in the Court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Amroha. After some arguments, learned counsel for the applicants does not want to press the present application. In view of above, the present application is dismissed as not pressed with liberty to file appropriate application/proceedings before the court of competent jurisdiction. Certified copies of the relevant documents be returned to learned counsel for the applicants after retaining a photocopy of the same.
