This petition has been filed by the petitioners with a claim for granting minimum of the pay scale of the Multi Purpose Worker which is being paid to the regularly appointed Multi Purpose Workers in the State Government. 2. Since the petitioners are no more in services, the claim of the petitioners of minimum pay scale is not tenable and there is no merit in this petition. 4. Accordingly, the present writ petition is dismissed. 5. Since the main petition has been dismissed, the stay application and pending application, if any, also stand disposed of.
