This appeal is preferred against the order dated 13.08.2025 passed by the learned Special Judge, SC/ST Act in connection with Sasaram Muffasil P.S. Case No. 94 of 2022 registered for the offence under Sections 302, 201, 120(B), 406, 420 of the Indian Penal Code and under Sections 3(2)(v) of the SC/ST Act. 3. At the very outset, it has been submitted by the learned counsel for the informant that the process under Section 82 and 83 of the Cr.P.C. has been exhausted against the appellant. 4. In view of the aforesaid submission, this appeal is Patna High Court CR. APP (SJ) No.4152 of 2025(4) dt.12-03-2026 2/2 held to be not maintainable. 5. Accordingly, this appeal stands dismissed. 6.
