NARASINGH Order No. ORDER 17.07.2025 01. 1. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned counsel for the State. 2. The Petitioner is seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with C.T. Case No.181 of 2025 pending in the Court of learned JMFC, Narasinghpur, arising out of Narasinghpur P.S. Case No.81 of 2025 for commission of offence punishable under Sections 126(2)/ 115(2)/ 332(c)/ 296/ 303(2)/ 351(3)/ 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS), 2023. 3. During the course of submission learned counsel for the State brings to the notice of this Court that the co-accused, Sura Pradhan, has been taken recourse to the provision contained under Section 35(3) of BNSS, as such, there is no apprehension of arrest. 4. Considering the recitals of the F.I.R, it is directed that on surrendering within three weeks hence and moving for bail, the Petitioner shall be released on bail by the learned Court in seisin on such terms as deemed just and proper. 5. Before releasing the learned Court shall verify as to whether this order has been assailed before the Apex Court and if so, the result thereof. 6.
