HARI HARANADHA SARMA FAMILY COURT APPEAL No.155 of 2008 JUDGMENT:(Per Hon’ble Sri Justice Battu Devanand) This Family Court Appeal is filed being aggrieved by the order and decree, dated 30.07.2008, in I.A.No.640 of 2007 in O.P.No.206 of 2007, on the file of the Family Court, at Visakhapatnam. 2. As there is no representation for the appellant on several occasions, we issued notice to the appellant through the Registry to the address mentioned in the Appeal. The said notice is returned with endorsement ‘no such person in the address’. 3. This Appeal is pertaining to the year 2008. In fact, on behalf of the appellant, ‘vakalat’ has been filed by three advocates. The first two advocates namely, Sri Rama Rao Mavidi and Sri G. Dharma Rao, are no more, and the learned Counsel Sri M. Gnaneswara Rao reported that he is not having knowledge about the Appeal and no file is with him. 4. Considering all these circumstances and the notice served through the Court also returned, it appears that the appellant has no interest to prosecute the Appeal further. 5. Accordingly, the Appeal is dismissed for non prosecution. There shall be no order as to costs.
