Case No. 58 of 2022 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 869 of 2022, for the offences registered under Sections 413, 414, read with 34 of the I.P.C. and Section 30(ii) of the Coal Mines Act, pending in the Court of Sri Rajesh Ranjan Kumar, learned J.M.F.C., Bermo, Tenughat. 3. On 20.07.2022, Bokaro Thermal Police, on the basis of confidential information, seized huge quantity of coal which were accumulated at a public place. 4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that the name of the petitioner has transpired on the basis of confidential information given by the witnesses whose names has not been disclosed by the prosecution. 5. Mr. Prabir Kumar Chatterjee, learned Special P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail, but does not dispute the aforesaid facts. It was further submitted that the petitioner has got criminal antecedent. 6. Considering the fact that there is no cogent material against the petitioner on the record, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Sri Rajesh Ranjan Kumar, learned J.M.F.C., Bermo, Tenughat in connection with BTPS P.S.
