He has sought his release on bail. This is third bail application of the applicant. His first bail application was rejected on 26.07.2024 and second bail application was rejected on 22.05.2025. 2. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 3. Having considered, this Court is of the view that there is no new ground to enlarge the applicant on bail.
