V V ANIL KUMAR The Court Made the Following Order:- This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following relief: “to issue a Writ or Order, more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the 1st Respondent in 2 not disposing of petitioner’s Appeal No.332286/C1-2016 filed under Section 27 of the A.P. Medical Practitioners Registration Act, 1968 as well as the orders passed by the 3rd Respondent vide proceedings Ref. No.APMC/DC/015/Case No.21/2014, dated 12.07.2016 as illegal, arbitrary and set aside the orders passed by the 3rd Respondent and pass such order or orders as this Hon’ble Court deems fit and proper in the circumstances of the case...” 2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, Smt. Maha Lakshmi, learned counsel representing Sri K.Ramamohan, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the cause in the present Writ Petition does not survive for further adjudication in view of the orders passed by the competent authority. Learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing for the respondents also not disputed the same. 3. Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
