None represented for the petitioner. 3. The grievance of the petitioner is that the 5th respondent is trying to take over the family property. She further alleged that the 4th respondent, Circle Inspector of Kadapa Taluk Police Station, called her to the police station, threatened to file false cases, and tried to force her to settle the civil dispute with the 5th respondent which is pending vide O.S.No.3 of 2023 on the file of Principal District Judge, Kadapa. 4. When the matter is taken up for hearing, Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader would submit that the dispute is purely civil in nature which is pending in the competent Civil Court, and that the police have never threatened nor interfered with the civil dispute between the parties. 4. Considering the submissions made by the learned Assistant Government Pleader, the writ petition is disposed of. However, respondent- police are directed not to interfere in the civil disputes between the parties, except under due process of law. There shall be no order as to costs.
