Petitioner is aggrieved by not issuance of character certificate to him in accordance with the provisions of Janhit Guarantee Act, 2011. Submission is that merely because of petitioner's implication in a matrimonial dispute of his uncle, denial of character certificate would be impermissible. In the facts and circumstances, noticed above, this writ petition stands disposed of with a direction upon the second respondent to accord consideration to petitioner's claim for issuance of character certificate, as noticed above, in accordance with the applicable scheme and law, by passing an appropriate order, within a period of three months from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order.
