Sri Balakrishna, learned Assistant Government Pleader, by placing on record the written instructions of the Executive Engineer, PRI Division, Ananthapuramu vide Lr.No.AO/Court Case/2025, dated 22.12.2025, submitted that after statutory recoveries the petitioner is entitled to get the amount claimed by him and sought four (04) months time for payment. 3. Sri I.Venkata Prasad, learned counsel for the petitioner, reported no objection for granting time sought for by the learned Assistant Government Pleader. 4. In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of, directing the respondent authorities to pay an amount of Rs.17,60,480/- to the petitioner within a period of four (04) months from the date of receipt of copy of the order.
