Learned Government Pleader for Education brought to the notice of this Court that the relief has become infructuous in this matter, since the Petitioner himself addressed a letter to the D.E.O dated 14.11.2021, to the effect that the Department has issued the recognition and he wanted to withdraw the present Writ Petition. 4 4. Learned Counsel for the Petitioner would submit that recording the same, the petition may be disposed of. 5. Recording the above said submissions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no Order as to costs.
