The present petition has been preferred for the grant of following relief(s): “(i) for issuance of writ of Mandamus commanding the respondent authority to ensure the right of enjoyment of property to the petitioner which is acquired after settlement of the land. (ii) for issuance of writ of Mandamus commanding the respondent authority to take Patna High Court CWJC No.9984 of 2016(3) dt.08-09-2025 2/2 proper legal action against the private respondents so that petitioner may enjoy his property freely and fearlessly. (iii) for issuance of such other appropriate writ or order or direction which may deem fit and proper for the ends of justice.” 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be granted liberty to approach appropriate authority after the withdrawal of the petition. 4.
