This Contempt petition has been preferred by applicant under Article 215 of the Constitution of India read with Section 12 of the Contempt of 2 Courts Act, 1971 for non-compliance of the order dated 31.7.2024 (Annexure-C/1) passed in WP(S) No.849/2022. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant would submit that the order under contempt dated 31.7.2024 (Annexure-C/1) passed by this Court in WP(S) No.849/2022 has been complied with, as recruitment process has been completed and applicant has been appointed on the post of Staff Nurse (female) vide order dated 09.1.2025, therefore, nothing remains in the instant contempt petition to proceed further. 4. Learned counsel appearing for the respondent No.3 also conceded the aforesaid fact. 5. In view of above contention, since the order under contempt has been complied with, as such, no case of contempt is made out against the respondents. 6.
