It is represented that Sri K. Sambasiva Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner, has been appointed as Assistant Government Pleader and that there is a change of vakalat. Though this representation has been made for the past two to three occasions, no vakalat has been filed before this Court till date. The petitioner is also not present before this Court. 3. Mrs.K.Priyanka Lakshmi, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor on behalf of the State is in attendance. 4. Petitioner has no interest to prosecute with the case. In that view of the matter, this Criminal Petition is dismissed for non prosecution.
