The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Vidhan Sabha P.S. Case No. 49 of 2024 corresponding to POCSO Case No. 137 of 2024, for the offences registered under Sections 64(1), 64(2), 65(1) of the B.N.S. and Section 4, 6 of the P.O.C.S.O. Act, pending in the Court of learned Additional Judicial Commissioner-IV-cum-Special Judge, POCSO, Ranchi. 3. The petitioner is alleged to have established physical relationship with the victim. Statement of the victim recorded under Section 183 of the B.N.S.S., earlier called for, has been received, from perusal of which, it appears that the victim has stated that she was in relationship with this petitioner for about one year. It appears that the petitioner and the victim were apprehended by local persons in compromising position. They were taken to the secretary of local committee and thereafter, this case has been instituted. 4. In view of the aforesaid facts, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Judicial Commissioner-IV-cum-Special Judge, POCSO, Ranchi in connection with Vidhan Sabha P.S.
