4. The petitioner is essentially aggrieved by an order dated 13.11.2025 directing the appellant to stop his quarry activities in respect of quarry lease bearing No.QL.No.920 measuring four acres in patta land bearing Sy.Nos.49/1, 49/2 and 55 of Kolaghatta Village, Kasaba Hobli, Turuvekere Taluk, Tumakuru District. The petitioner contends that the said order has been passed pursuant to an order passed by the Karnataka Appellate Tribunal staying the conversion order in respect of two acres of land falling in survey No.55. He submits that there is no order interdicting the conversion in respect of the two acres of lands falling in survey No.49/1 and 49/2.
Therefore, the order dated 13.11.2025 is not sustainable. 5. We note that the representation made by the petitioner was communicated by an email. It is also pointed out that the said email-id is not of the petitioner, but of a third party. 6. In the aforesaid circumstances, we consider it apposite to dispose of the present petition with liberty to the petitioner to make a fresh representation in the lines of the representations sent through email (Annexure A to the present petition) and furnish the
