Satyanarayana, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, appeared for the respondents. 2. The petitioner is the absolute owner and possessor of land of an extent of Ac.0.70 cents in Sy.No.654-2g of Morasala Palli Village, Chilamathur Mandal, Sri Satya Sai District. The petitioner made an application under the provisions of the Andhra Pradesh Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act, 1971, to update the Record of Rights in her name. Accordingly, the name of the petitioner was updated in ROR 1B vide Ex.P1. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that despite updating the petitioner’s name in the Record of Rights in respect of the aforementioned property, respondent No.4 has not issued the Pattadar Passbook and Title Deed so far. The petitioner made an application dated 04.09.2025 (Ex.P3). 4. Sri B.V. Satyanarayana, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, on instructions, would submit that the petitioner’s application vide RPP012502395929 was approved in the Tahsildar login on 29.11.2025. He would also submit that, as and when the printed passbook is available, the same will be furnished to the petitioner. The same is recorded. 5. Given the facts and circumstances of the case, the Writ Petition is disposed of at the stage of admission with the consent of both the learned counsel, directing respondent No.4 to furnish a copy of Title Deed and Pattadar Passbook to the petitioner in respect of land of an extent of Ac.0.70 cents in Sy.No.654-2g of Morasala Palli Village, Chilamathur Mandal, Sri Satya Sai District, as expeditiously as possible, strictly as per the Rules. No order as to costs.
