JUSTICE LALITHA KANNEGANTI ORAL ORDER The present RPFC is filed aggrieved by the order passed in Crl.Misc.No.423/2022 dated 31.10.2022 whereby the I Additional Principal Judge, Family Court at Mysuru had granted maintenance of an amount of Rs.20,000/- per month to the petitioner from the date of order till her lifetime. 2. Considering the fact that it is an exparte order and the address that is mentioned by the wife in the petition and what is shown in the cause-title in the present case and also what is shown in the execution petition, the address of the husband is different and it clearly shows that in the pending proceedings notice is ordered on that address. Hence, this Court deems it appropriate to set aside the order and remand the matter to the Family Court for fresh consideration. The order dated 31.10.2022 passed in Crl.Misc.No.423/2022 by the I Additional Principal Judge, Family Court at Mysuru is set aside and the petition is remanded back to the Family Court for fresh consideration. ii. The RPFC is allowed. iii. The Registry is directed to return the TCR to the Tribunal along with certified copy of the order passed by this Court forthwith without any delay. iv.
