By way of the instant petition the petitioner has challenged the advertisement dated 11/08/2025 for allotment of pond situated in ASHUTOSH MISHRA Digitally signed by ASHUTOSH MISHRA Date: 2025.09.15 18:47:49 +0530 2 / 3 Village Nagoi, District Bilaspur, C.G. to for fish farming. 2. The brief facts of the case are that earlier the petitioner preferred the writ petition bearing WPC No.1163 of 2025 being aggrieved by the respondent authorities not permitting the petitioner to do the fish farming. The said writ petition was dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty to approach the Fisheries Department in accordance with Fisheries Policy, 2022. Thereafter, on 25/06/2025 the petitioner society submitted representation and Respondent No.3 wrote a letter to Respondent No.4 for allotting the lease for fish farming to the petitioner, however, all of a sudden the fresh advertisement for fish farming in pond situated in Village Nagoi, District Bilaspur has been issued. Hence this petition. 3. At this juncture, learned counsel for the petitioner would confine his prayer to the extent that the Respondent No.2 may be directed to decide the representation of the petitioner (Annexure P/5) within a stipulated time frame. 4. Learned State counsel would submit that they have no objection in deciding the representation of the petitioner Annexure P/5. 5. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the documents. 6. Considering the limited prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner and the no objection given by the learned State counsel, the Respondent No.2 is directed to decide the representation dated 3 / 3 25/06/2025 (Annexure P/5) in accordance with law expeditiously as early as possible preferably within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 7. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case and the respondent authorities shall decide the representation on its own merits. 8.
