By way of this petition, petitioner sought following relief(s) : “10.1 A writ and / or an order in the nature of appropriate writ do issue calling the records from the respondent authorities concerned pertaining to case of the petitioner society for perusal of this Hon’ble Court, if thinks fit in the facts and circumstances of the case. 10.2 A writ and / or an order in the nature of appropriate writ do directing the respondent authorities to quash the advertisement No.3117/Ja.Pa./Ma. Pa./2025, dated 11.08.2025. 10.3 Cost of the proceedings. 10.4 Any other writs and directions that may be deemed fit and just in the facts and circumstances of case.” 2. At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner contended that the this petition may be disposed of permitting to the petitioner to file representation by raising all grievances before respondent No.2- Collector, District Bilaspur (C.G.) and respondent No.2 may be directed to decide the same within time frame. 3. Learned State counsel contended that he has no objection. 4. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record with utmost circumspection. 3 5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner, this petition is disposed of permitting to the petitioner to file representation by raising all grievances before respondent No.2- Collector, District Bilaspur (C.G.) within ‘15 days’ from the date of receipt of copy of this order and in-turn respondent No.2 shall consider and decide the said representation of the petitioner as expeditiously as possible, in accordance with rules, regulations and law. 6.
