Heard Mr.B.Manikandan, learned counsel for petitioner and Mr.M.R.Gokulkrishnan, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for respondents. 3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the fact that there is a mistake in the survey number, which is sought to be corrected, there shall be a direction to the first respondent to deal with the representation made by the petitioner on 14.11.2024 and pass necessary orders within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
