SRK, J CRP No.3128 of 2025 3 The Court made the following ORDER:
This Civil Revision Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the learned Senior Civil Judge, Rayachoty, to dispose of IA No.366 of 2025 in OS No.15 of 2025, as expeditiously as possible.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that 1st respondent herein filed the said suit for partition of suit schedule properties into three equal shares and allot one such share to her. In the said suit, the petitioner herein/6th defendant filed IA No.366 of 2025 seeking to reject the plaint filed in OS No.15 of 2015, but, the Court below is not taking up the said IA for hearing. The petitioner is a woman, aged about 80 years. Hence, he prays for early disposal of the said IA.

In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances, without going into the merits of the case, the learned Senior Civil Judge, Rayachoty is directed to dispose of IA No.366 of 2025 in OS No.15 of 2025, in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, the Civil Revision Petition is
disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Civil Revision Petition shall stand closed.
