CORAM :SRI ANANDA SEN, J. ------ For the Petitioner(s) : Mr. Rishu Ranjan, Advocates For the Respondents : Mr. Mrinal Kanti Roy, Advocate ...... 05 /21.01.2025: In the present writ petition, the petitioner has prayed for following relief(s): “(i) For issuance of appropriate writ/writs, order/orders, direction/directions or a writ in the nature of mandamus commanding upon the respondents to forthwith pay the outstanding medical reimbursement bills along with interest which is pending. (ii) For issuance of appropriate writ/writs, order/orders, direction/directions or a writ in the nature of mandamus commanding upon the respondents to pay the outstanding HRA along with interest for the period 31.12.2017 till 31.12.2020 on which date the petitioner retired from the services.” The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it would be suffice if a direction be given to the respondent no.2, the G.M (Personnel and Administration), Jharkhand Urja Sancharan Nigam Limited to consider the claim of the petitioner and pass a reasoned order. The learned counsel for the Jharkhand Urja Vikas Nigam Limited submits that if the petitioner files a representation and it is found that the petitioner is entitled for any relief the same would be extended to him. Considering the submissions made above, the petitioner is directed to file his representation along with copy of this order before the respondent -1- no.2, the G.M (Personnel and Administration), Jharkhand Urja Sancharan Nigam Limited within four weeks from today and if it found that the petitioner is entitled to get any benefit the same shall be extended to the petitioner within a period of twelve weeks from the date of filing of the representation. If it is held that the petitioner is not entitled for any relief, a reasoned order to that effect indicating the reason of such denial should be communicated to him within such period. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed of. (ANANDA SEN, J.) KNR -2-
