OMP No.785 of 2026 The instant application has been filed by applicants/respondents No.1 to 3 for the release of amount of compensation. As per the averments as made in the application, it has been stated that the applicants are in dire need of the amount of compensation. It is contended by learned counsel for the applicants that applicants have not received enhanced amount of compensation and they intend to utilize the amount for their day-to-day expenses. The learned counsel for the non-applicants have no objection in case the application is allowed. Consequently, in view of the averments as stated in the application and in view of the submissions as made by learned counsel for the applicants, the same is allowed and 50% of the total awarded amount lying deposited in Registry of this Court along with up-to-date interest is ordered to be released by remitting the same in the savings bank account numbers of applicants/respondents No.1 to 3 in equal shares.
