This Writ Petition is filed for the following relief:
“…to issue a writ of mandamus declaring the inaction of the respondents herein particularly Respondent No.4 against the Petitioners representation, Dt.01.12.2025, for mutating the Petitioners name in the Web-land records like 1-B and Adangal and to issue new Pattadar Passbooks by deleting the petitioners demised husbands name for the property to an extent of Ac. 1.68 1/2 cents, situated at Sy.No.184/2C of Pathegada Village, Kalikiri Mandal, Annamayya District, Erstwhile Chittoor District as illegal, arbitrary, unjust and violations of Principles of Natural Justice and violative of Article 300-A of The Constitution of India and consequently direct the Respondent No.4 to consider the petitioners representation, Dt. 01.12.2025 for mutation of petitioners name in the revenue records and pass such other order or orders…”
2. Heard the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue. 3. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the ancestors of the petitioner’s husband were assigned subject land admeasuring Ac.1.68 ½ cents in Sy.No.184/2C of Pathegada Village, Kalikiri Mandal, Annamayya District, Erstwhile Chittoor District, thereafter the revenue authorities recognized the possession of the husband of the petitioner and issued pattadar

passbook vide patta No.171. Since then the petitioner and her husband are in possession and enjoyment of the property. Be that as it may, after the demise of her husband, the petitioner approached the authorities for filing online application in Form-6A as per the provisions of the ROR Act, but they have declined to receive the same on the ground that such application has to be submitted only through the login credentials of the competent revenue authority. Accordingly, the petitioner filed an application/ representation on 01.12.2025 to the concerned authorities i.e., 4th respondent herein. Despite receipt of the same, the respondents have not considered or passed orders. 4.
The learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents has submitted that as per the provisions of the ROR Act, the authorities will consider the representation/ Form-6A application submitted by the petitioner and they will pass appropriate orders after giving notice to the concerned persons. 5. Considering the above submissions made by both the learned counsel, the writ petition is disposed of at the stage of admission, directing the respondents, particularly 4th respondent, to consider the representation/ Form-6A application made by the petitioner dt.01.12.2025 as per the provisions of the ROR Act and also by pursuing the relevant documents submitted by the petitioner, and

pass appropriate orders within six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs. 6. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed. __________________ JUSTICE D.RAMESH
