The writ petition is filed seeking to declare the inaction of the respondents 3 and 4 in considering the request of the petitioner for mutation of the revenue records for issuance of pattadar pass book and title deed in respect of land in an extent of Ac.0.37 ½ cents in Survey No.153/7 of Guduluru Village fields by surveying and demarcating the same as illegal, arbitrary, illegal etc., and for consequential directions. 3. As per the instructions dated 10.11.2025 of the 4th respondent furnished to the learned Government Pleader for Revenue, it would appear that so far no proceedings rejecting the application of the petitioner stating the reasons for not considering the request of the petitioner were issued. It is needless to emphasize that when an F-line application was filed, the concerned Tahsildar is required to take appropriate action on the same either accepting or rejecting the request made. Be that as it may. 4. As seen from the record, a learned Judge of the erstwhile High Court of Judicature for the State of Telangana and the State of Andhra Pradesh vide order dated 30.01.2018, left it open to the petitioner to make an application for mutation of his name in the revenue records. It is not known as to whether the petitioner had made any application pursuant to the said order. 5. In the aforementioned facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to dispose of the writ petition, providing that the 4th respondent shall pass appropriate orders on the F-line application if any made by the petitioner, 3 in accordance with the Law, as expeditiously as possible, within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the same to the petitioner under proper acknowledgment. 6. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, all pending applications, if any, shall stand closed. ____________________ NINALA JAYASURYA, J Date: 17.11.2025 BLV 4 THE HON’BLE SRI JUSTICE NINALA JAYASURYA W.P.No.2587 of 2018 Dt: 17.11.2025 BLV
