In the present writ petition, Petitioner is questioning the action of the Respondents in not considering the representations of the Petitioner for not crediting the family pension and also deducting an amount of Rs.2,41,522/- from the Bank account of the Petitioner without any prior notice as illegal and arbitrary. 2. As the issue in this case is under the jurisdiction of Central Administrative Tribunal, the writ petition is disposed of leaving it open to the Petitioner to approach the Central Administrative Tribunal for redressal of his grievance.
