Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners will feel satisfied in case the instant petition is disposed of by directing the respondents to treat the instant petition as representation and accord consideration to the same within some reasonable period of time. 2. On asking of the Court, Ms. Priyanka Bhat, Advocate appearing vice Ms. Monika Kohli, learned senior AAG on behalf of the respondents submits that she is not averse to the prayer made by the counsel for the petitioners, provided the same is directed to be accorded consideration strictly under rules and as per law. 3. With the consent of learned counsel for the parties, the instant petition is disposed of at the threshold by directing the respondents to treat the instant petition as representation and accord consideration to the same Serial No. 15 2 WP(C) No. 2162/2025 within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order along with the copy of the petition and annexures contained therein, strictly under rules and as per law.
