The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Palkot P.S. Case No. 33 of 2024, corresponding to G.R. No.512 of 2024, for the offence registered under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of learned A.D.J.-III, Gumla. Petitioner is alleged to have beaten the father of the informant, due to which, he succumbed to his injuries. Petitioner is the main assailant of the deceased. Considering the aforesaid fact, I am not inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is hereby rejected. (Ambuj Nath, J.) BS/-
