By way of this petition, the petitioner has inter alia sought for a direction that a representation which has been preferred by the petitioner on 09.01.2025 to the Land Acquisition Authority, Ahmedabad may be decided as expeditiously as possible. 4. Considering the submissions made by learned Advocate Mr. Mehta and learned AGP Mr. Parikh and having regard to the averments on record, to this Court it would appear that the application requires consideration.
