Prayer made in the present petition is for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to release the retiral benefits etc. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner at the outset, on instructions from the petitioner, prays that at this stage, he will be satisfied if direction may be given to respondent No.2 to treat the instant writ petition as a representation and decide the same within a time bound manner. 3. Learned State counsel has no objection with regard to the prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioner.
